Naseem Education is a digital learning platform designed to support modern education through a centralized Learning Management System (LMS).

Our platform brings together learning, teaching, communication, progress monitoring, assessment, and educational management features in one online environment. Depending on the user's role and subscription or institutional access, Naseem Education may provide features such as personalised learning, learning resources, live classes, assessments, automated grading, progress monitoring, analytics, collaboration tools, messaging, and administrative dashboards.

Access to particular features may vary according to the user's account type, school or institutional configuration, subscription plan, geographic availability, technical requirements, or other applicable conditions.

By creating an LMS account, accessing the Naseem Education website, signing in to the platform, or using any part of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you are using Naseem Education on behalf of a school, educational institution, company, or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

If you are a student who is below the age required to independently agree to applicable online services, your parent, guardian, school, or authorized educational institution may be responsible for establishing and managing your access where applicable.

Naseem Education provides an online Learning Management System (LMS) that enables educational institutions and authorised users to manage and participate in digital learning activities.

The LMS may provide different portals and functionality for different users, including:

• Principal and School Administration Portal for institutional oversight, analytics, staff performance, compliance-related information, and administrative management.
• Teacher Portal for lesson planning, teaching resources, assessment, grading, student progress monitoring, and communication.
• Student Portal for accessing learning materials, completing learning activities, participating in classes, monitoring progress, and engaging with available learning experiences.
• Parent Portal for receiving relevant educational updates, monitoring student progress, and communicating through available platform features.

Features may include personalised learning experiences, assessments, automated or assisted grading, progress tracking, analytics, collaboration, multilingual learning support, notifications, and other educational functionality.

Naseem Education may modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue individual LMS features from time to time as the platform develops.

Certain Naseem Education services require an LMS account.

When creating or using an account, you agree to:

• provide accurate and reasonably complete information;
• keep your account information current;
• maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• use your account only for authorised purposes;
• immediately notify the appropriate Naseem Education or institutional administrator if you believe your account has been compromised; and
• accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account where such activity results from your failure to protect your credentials.

You must not share your password or login credentials with unauthorised individuals.

Where an account is created or managed by a school or educational institution, the institution may establish additional account, access, and usage requirements.

Access to the Naseem Education LMS may require a valid LMS login or other authentication method.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe that:

• an account is being used improperly;
• login credentials have been compromised;
• the user has violated these Terms;
• the account presents a security or operational risk;
• access is no longer authorised by the relevant institution; or
• continued access is prohibited or restricted by applicable requirements.

You are responsible for using the appropriate login credentials and accessing only the accounts, classes, resources, and information for which you are authorised.

You agree to use Naseem Education responsibly and only for legitimate educational, institutional, administrative, or other purposes permitted by the platform.

You must not:

• use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's account or information;
• interfere with the operation or security of the LMS;
• introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful software;
• attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, or other security measures;
• copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit platform content without appropriate permission;
• use the platform to harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate another person;
• upload content that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• use automated systems to access or extract platform information in a way that is not authorised;
• attempt to reverse engineer or otherwise improperly access the underlying technology of the platform; or
• use Naseem Education in a manner that could damage the platform, its users, educational institutions, or our reputation.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action where necessary.

Naseem Education may allow authorised users to upload, submit, create, share, or otherwise provide educational or other content through the LMS.

This may include:

• assignments;
• documents;
• learning materials;
• questions and answers;
• comments;
• class-related information;
• messages;
• images or other media; and
• other educational content supported by the platform.

You remain responsible for the content you submit or upload and must ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content.

By submitting content through Naseem Education, you grant us the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, store, process, display, transmit, and make that content available within the platform for the purpose of providing the requested services.

You should not upload confidential, unlawful, copyrighted, or personally sensitive information unless you are authorised to do so and the platform's intended functionality permits it.

Naseem Education is designed to support schools, educators, students, parents, and educational administrators. However, the platform does not replace the professional judgment or responsibilities of educators and institutions.

Schools and authorised institutions remain responsible for their own:

• educational policies;
• curriculum decisions;
• student supervision;
• account and access management;
• assessment policies;
• teacher and staff management;
• institutional communications; and
• compliance obligations applicable to their operations.

Educational information, analytics, recommendations, assessments, or automated outputs available through the platform should be reviewed and used appropriately by authorised educators or administrators.

Certain Naseem Education features may use automated technologies to support learning, assessment, feedback, recommendations, analytics, or educational workflows.

Such functionality is intended to assist students, teachers, parents, and educational administrators. Automated outputs may not always be complete, accurate, or appropriate for every educational situation.

Users and institutions should apply appropriate human judgment when relying on automated recommendations, assessments, feedback, analytics, or other platform outputs.

We aim to keep Naseem Education reliable and accessible, but we do not guarantee that the website, LMS, application, or every feature will always be available without interruption.

Service availability may be affected by:

• scheduled maintenance;
• upgrades or updates;
• technical failures;
• internet or telecommunications issues;
• third-party service interruptions;
• security incidents;
• circumstances beyond our reasonable control; or
• changes to platform features or infrastructure.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict access where necessary to maintain, secure, repair, or improve the platform.

Naseem Education may be accessible through web-based interfaces, mobile devices, or supported applications and digital environments.

You are responsible for maintaining the device, internet connection, operating system, browser, and other technical requirements necessary to access the platform.

Certain features may not be available on every device, browser, application version, operating system, or network environment.

Unless otherwise stated, Naseem Education and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform and its underlying technology, including applicable:

• software;
• interfaces;
• designs;
• trademarks;
• logos;
• graphics;
• text;
• documentation;
• platform content;
• databases;
• visual elements; and
• other intellectual property.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Naseem Education's intellectual property to you.

You may use the platform only as permitted by these Terms and any applicable subscription, institutional, or service agreement.

You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, publicly display, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without appropriate written authorization, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.

Naseem Education may integrate with or provide links to third-party services, websites, applications, technologies, or resources.

Third-party services may operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and practices. Naseem Education is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or policies of third-party services that are outside our control.

Your use of a third-party service may therefore be subject to additional terms imposed by that provider.

Where paid services, subscriptions, or institutional plans are offered, applicable pricing, billing periods, usage limits, renewal conditions, and other commercial terms may be presented separately during purchase or onboarding.

You agree to provide accurate billing information where required and to pay applicable charges according to the selected plan or agreement.

For school or institutional customers, additional terms may apply under a separate agreement, order form, subscription agreement, or service contract.

Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific written institutional agreement, the applicable institutional agreement may govern the relevant services to the extent stated in that agreement.

We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of Naseem Education where reasonably necessary, including where:

• these Terms are violated;
• the platform is being misused;
• fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected;
• account security is at risk;
• payment obligations are not satisfied where applicable;
• an institution withdraws or changes a user's authorization;
• required by law or a competent authority; or
• continued access could negatively affect the platform or its users.

Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice before suspension or termination. However, immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect users, systems, data, or the security of the platform.

Naseem Education is provided to support educational and administrative activities. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate, useful, secure, and reliable services, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every particular educational or institutional purpose.

Information, analytics, recommendations, automated feedback, learning resources, and other outputs provided through the platform should not be treated as a substitute for professional educational judgment where such judgment is required.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Naseem Education disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Naseem Education and its relevant officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar losses arising from or related to your use of the platform.

This may include, where legally permitted, losses resulting from interruption of service, loss of access, loss of data, technical failures, or reliance on platform information or outputs.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Your use of Naseem Education is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, protect, retain, and otherwise process personal information.

The Privacy Policy forms part of the overall framework governing your use of the platform.

Where Naseem Education is used by schools or educational institutions, additional privacy, data-management, or contractual requirements may apply depending on the relevant service arrangement and applicable law.

Because Naseem Education is designed for educational environments that may include students and minors, schools, parents, guardians, and authorised administrators should ensure that accounts are created, managed, and used appropriately.

Where required, the relevant parent, guardian, school, or educational institution is responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions and ensuring that student use of the platform complies with applicable requirements.

Users must not misuse student information or use the platform to collect, disclose, or distribute another student's personal information without appropriate authorization.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect the security and integrity of the platform.

However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You agree not to attempt to compromise the security of Naseem Education or access information or systems for which you do not have authorization.

If you discover a suspected security vulnerability, unauthorized access, or other security issue involving Naseem Education, you should report it to us promptly through the available support or contact channels.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, technology, legal requirements, business practices, or platform functionality.

When we make material changes, we may provide an appropriate notice through the website, LMS, account, email, or another reasonable communication method.

The updated Terms will become effective on the date stated in the revised version.

Your continued use of Naseem Education after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan, unless a separate written agreement with an institutional or commercial customer provides otherwise.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of Naseem Education shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable under the governing law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, where permitted by law.

The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue to remain in effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other applicable agreements or policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the applicable understanding between you and Naseem Education regarding your use of the platform, unless a separate written agreement governs the relevant service.
